Narrated musical story for children produced by the Hello Classic Foundation
Wanda’s Adventures in Music is an audio story for children, combining narration with classical music. Through Wanda’s adventures, young listeners are invited to discover instruments, sounds, and the expressive world of music.
The recording was created through a successful crowdfunding campaign and was warmly received by audiences and educators. The English version is available on major streaming platforms.

How the recording came to life
The idea for Wanda’s Adventures in Music was born in 2020, at a time when concerts and live events had come to a sudden pause. Recording studios, however, were still open. Together with writer Paulina Pokrywińska, I began imagining a project that would invite children into the world of classical music through storytelling.
We decided to bring the idea to life through a crowdfunding campaign and invited a group of musician friends to join the project. The recording features a colorful palette of instruments—including violin, cello, piano, harp, flute, horn, and accordion.
Paulina created the story of Wanda, a curious young girl who wanders through an empty music school. Along the way she encounters older students and musicians, and even dreams about music itself. Through these encounters, young listeners are gently guided into a world of sound, imagination, and discovery.
About the Foundation
The Hello Classic Foundation was founded in 2021 by Anna Majcherczyk and Paulina Pokrywińska to create projects that bring classical music closer to families and young listeners.
One of the foundation’s first initiatives was a series of intimate family concerts titled “Basy i Bobasy” (“Babies and Basses”). These small chamber performances for one or two instruments were combined with short introductions to the music and designed as a welcoming first encounter with classical music for audiences of all ages, including very young children.
Wanda’s Adventures in Music grew out of the same idea: inviting children to discover classical music through imagination and storytelling.
